FindinSite-CD is a full text search engine for HTML, PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT, JPEG and TIFF CDs. It is platform-independent and runs in most browsers. The FindinSite-CD Java applet is a powerful search tool with word highlighting. FindinSite-CD supports 13 languages and recognises most web character sets. FindinSite-CD can be configured in many ways. Use the supplied FindinSite-CD-Wizard Windows tool to scan your web pages to build and edit the search database. It then builds search page for your CD. Both FindinSite-CD-Wizard and FindinSite-CD are fast and cope with large sites well. FindinSite-CD is licensed as shareware, the cost of the registered version is $99 and full download size is 3.85 MB.
